Managing Director
Mr Wins, Managing Director (MD) of MSE DotNet Sdn Bhd (MSE), founded in 2009, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information System Engineering from Campbell University 2004. Mr. Wins began his career as a salesperson with Telekom Malaysia and currently has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. As the MD, he has contributed to the company’s business growth for more than 15 years. He has expertise in opportunities identification and strategic planning, where new business leads are acquired through various channels, including but not limited to networking, referrals, partnerships, and market research.
Mr Wins’s customer-orientated mindset contributes a lot to the rapid growth of MSE, where MSE is recognized as one of the well-known system integrators in Malaysia. Mr Wins values each and every employees, and strongly believes that their integrity and hard work are key factors to the company’s success today.
Chris Kan
Head of BOD
Chris assumed the role of Head of Business, Opportunity and Development (BOD) in 2018. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing from University Tunku Abdul Rahman in 2014. Chris is an experienced salesperson, bringing innovative sales techniques to help the company stay competitive in the modern IT industry. Currently, Chris has more than 10 years of sales experience, during which he played a crucial part in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. He also contributed to client engagement and relationships to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
Chris aims to lead the company to become a Top 10 IT service provider in Malaysia. He also passionately believes that he could serve our customers better, always staying relevant in their lives, and forming lifelong relationships.
Alvin Tang
Head of ITS
Alvin joined MSE in 2015 in Infrastructure Technology and Services (ITS), handling the installation and configuration of network-related equipment and software. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to network design, security measures, and standard operating procedures. Alvin is currently in the position of Head of ITS and is responsible for managing and leading a team of talented professionals dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of IT services and infrastructure. He prioritizes high availability, business continuity, and security compliance in the team’s operations, driving innovation to stay ahead of technological trends.
Alvin strives to become a well-recognized figure in the IT sector, not just for his professional accomplishments but for his role in mentoring the next generation. He aspires to share his knowledge with young individuals, helping them navigate the ever-evolving world of IT.
Mely Foong
Head of IOT
Mely graduated from University Tun Abdul Razak with a First-Class Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Counselling at Open University Malaysia (OUM). She began her career in various roles, such as Finance Executive, Internal Auditor, and Logistics Coordinator. Mely was promoted to the position of Head of Internal Operations & Treasury (IOT) at MSE in 2018. She has contributed to the company for more than 9 years. She has great expertise in monitoring internal operations across all teams to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, she ensures that the company functions in compliance with laws, company profiles, authorities, and regulations.
