From 18–22 May 2026 at Lexis Port Dickson, MSE team came together for a meaningful team-building programme focused on learning, alignment, and collaboration.
The programme featured strategy workshops, sharing sessions, mission challenges, treasure hunts, and beach activities — all designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, and trust across the team.
Through the workshop sessions, we gained greater clarity on the company’s direction and strategic goals, while reinforcing our understanding of each person’s role in achieving the 3-year roadmap ahead.
Beyond the activities, the experience created valuable opportunities for open dialogue, stronger connections, and meaningful shared memories across the team.
